Choose Your Battles - Episode 12

This “Choose your battles” epiphany struck such a deep chord with me.

How many battles are we fighting internally, that we simply don’t need to fight anymore?

Which mental battles are worth our effort and which ones should we let go of for good?

I hope this episode provokes you to think about your own mental battles and which ones are with the effort.

Let me know if you enjoy these quick tip Tuesday episodes and I’ll keep putting them out there for you all (and for myself 😉 )!

I cannot overstate how awesome this conversation with Anna was! She is inspiring and authentic.

We talked about a few different topics, but the main theme that guided our conversation was this idea of redefining fitness. Instead of just working out to lose weight, what if we workout for our health?

If something stuck out to you, please share with our community! You can send myself or Anna a DM on Instagram or leave a comment below.

Why Should I Have a Plan? Episode 9

Today’s quick tip is about having a plan. Now, before you roll your eyes and tap out, there are a few really good reasons to have a plan in place, even if you don’t get to follow it to a “T”.

This episode will quickly give you the reasons I believe a plan is important.

What sort of plan do you have in place for your workouts? If you’re not a “planner-type”, do you have loose guidelines or routines that you follow for your workouts?

I’d love to know your thoughts and suggestions about this topic as well!

Let me know in the comments or on INSTAGRAM!

Can’t wait to hear from you 😀
